is open (did you notice — WE’RE LIVE!), and it’s time to celebrate with more deep-fried carbohydrates! We already shared the Lightsaber Churro that’s using the Force all over Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and now it’s time for the Galactic Funnel Cake!

This limited-time treat is available at Epic Eats near Indiana Jones, but you can probably just follow your nose. 😉 It’s a traditional funnel cake topped with strawberries, chocolate sauce, vanilla soft serve ice cream, and chocolate rocks!

We’ve reviewed the Funnel Cake with Strawberry Topping here before (back when this spot was known as Oasis Canteen), and this is basically the same… but add some metallic-looking rocks from a galaxy far, far away (we presume).

We’re not full yet, and that’s a good thing because there are loads more Star Wars-themed treats to eat today, PLUS the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival opens in a matter of moments! It’s a STRETCHY PANTS DAY, friends!
