While we’re excited to see Main Street, USA decked out for autumn every year, there’s another delightful Disney World tradition we always look forward to that you might not even know about!
Come along with us to learn more about this little-known fall custom!
If you’ve ever stayed at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort in the fall, you might have some idea what we’re talking about!
Campers at Disney’s Fort Wilderness & Campground use golf carts to get around the grounds of this resort instead of cars. Many folks rent golf carts to use during their Disney World vacays, while others bring their golf carts from home.
But no matter the golf cart, it has become a customary practice for people to decorate their golf carts for the season. This week we spotted a bunch of golf carts sporting some adorable autumnal decor!
We also spotted some football-themed golf carts…
And some that were very decked-out!
A closer look at this golf cart’s crafty decorations reveals two hidden Mickeys! We see what you did there with those scarecrows! Very clever!
Some of these golf carts were pretty fancy-looking! We wouldn’t mind going for a ride in this golf cart that looked more like an old-timey automobile!
And it even had a little friend on the back! We just hope he’s not a backseat driver!
Want to swing by Disney’s Fort Wilderness & Campground and see the golf carts decorated for fall for yourself? They might not be worth a visit just to see them, but they’d be a fun bonus to dinner and a show at Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue!
