This hard-ticketed event brings you face to face with some of your worst nightmares (kidding!) while enjoying spooky entertainment, overlays on popular attractions, and of course, ALL THE FOOD! Now that the Villains have stormed the castle, you can feast on a bunch of new party-exclusive treats this year! One of these villainous eats can be found, if you dare, at the Main Street Bakery! It’s called the Locked Away Maiden! 

The Locked Away Maiden costs $4.99 and is a loaded grilled cheese with pepper jack cheese, provolone cheese, bacon jam, and tomatoes! And it appears to be in distress, ’cause it’s calling our names! Actually, that’s just the cheese talkin’! We share a powerful bond with cheesy delights, and this one’s no exception!

Now it took a loooong time for us to get our sandwich when we ordered. But, it is the first night and the Cast Members are still getting used to these new menu items. When we did get it, we were a little surprised. The fact that it’s shaped like a key should be quite adorable, but where did the rest of the sandwich go? Doesn’t it need to be rescued too? Honestly, the shape of the sandwich makes it look half-eaten. Maybe one of those villains got to it before we did!

Well, at least it tasted way better than it looked! The grilled cheese is loaded up with melty cheese and yummy veggies, so, all in all, it was pretty good. After all, can you really go wrong with melted cheese? We wish it looked a little bit more like the cute pic, but for $4.99, it’s a pretty solid little snack.

Tickets for Villains After Hours are available now and are priced at $145 if purchased in advance or $155 on the day of the event. Disney Vacation Club Members and Annual Passholders can enjoy a $30 discount as well!
