A great Signature Dining Restaurant option in Disney Springs is Morimoto Asia. Not only do we enjoy their menu, which includes A5 wagyu beef and Peking duck for two, but we also love the restaurants’ impressive, beautiful layout and design.

And now, we’ve just heard of a new addition coming to the Morimoto Asia menu at one of their international locations and we’re crossing our fingers that it makes its way to the United States, too!

Chef Masaharu Morimoto announced on Instagram that he is debuting a new Morimoto Single-Malt Whiskey in collaboration with Rogue Ales & Spirits!

This whiskey will be used to prepare a special dinner on February 28 at their Kyoto location in Japan. Hopefully, this means we will see this whiskey appear at the Disney Springs location soon, too!
