As many of you know, Disney World, Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris are closing temporarily in response to Coronavirus.
Now, Disney World has announced that Disney World-owned and operated hotels will officially be closing as well.
All Disney World owned and operated hotels including Vero Beach will officially close at 5 PM on Friday, March 20th in order to give guests time to make other arrangements. Disneyland and Disneyland Paris have taken similar measures and have previously announced that they would be closing their hotels as well.
Disney has also announced that Disney Springs and Downtown Disney in Disneyland will close beginning March 17th. Individual tenants will have the opportunity to continue or adjust their operations. A few tenants have already decided to close their stores and events at locations like Jaleo and House of Blues have been canceled or rescheduled.
Disney World is currently set to remain closed until the end of the month. We will continue to keep you posted as more information is released.
We know that this may change many of your plans, and we here at DFB are here to help. So if you have ANY questions, please let us know and we will do our very best to help you get the answers you need. Sending virtual hugs and lots of love!!
