Wow Guys, Thanks. I’m going to try to make a tweaked version of the Poly’s coconut pineapple bread. Going to try it as a quick bread recipe. I was thinking that your readers with kids could turn the cooking into school lessons. Reading, math and science come to mind and it should help with the boredom too.
