We use the My Disney Experience app a LOT!
From placing mobile orders and making advance dining reservations to checking the latest wait times, it’s a fantastic tool! But, it seems like some guests are experiencing technical issues with the app today.
This afternoon, when we opened the My Disney Experience app, we got the error message below indicating that some of Disney’s “digital experiences may be unavailable at this time,” but that Disney was working to resolve the issue.
When one of our reporters tried to place a mobile order through the app, they were met with a white screen indicating that there was a problem loading the menu and to try again. Several of our reporters indicated that they received the same screen and have not been able to make a mobile order at all.
Others on our team tested out opening the app and were able to add items to their order, but they didn’t actually place an order, so the issue may be in actually placing the Mobile Order for some. At the moment be aware that you may experience some difficulty with the app — especially with placing a Mobile Order. We’ll be on the lookout for more updates.
