Disney World Candlelight Processional Dining Package

PLEASE NOTE: EPCOT’S Candlelight Processional was canceled for 2020. (You can read the announcement here.) We are keeping the general Candlelight Processional information active on this page from 2019 below so you can familiarize yourself with the offerings for future planning, and we will update this page accordingly when information for 2021 is released.

Disney World’s Candlelight Processional is a popular event during the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays. The event happens three times each night at the America Gardens Theater in the American Pavilion.

The Disney World Candlelight Processional

During the event, the Christmas story is told by a celebrity narrator while a 50-piece orchestra and choir (composed of a Disney cast member choir along with an ever-changing group of guest choirs from around the country) accompany the re-telling. The event is held on select nights in November and December. The 2019 Candlelight Processional dates are November 29 to December 30.

Disney World Candlelight Processional Dining Package

Because seating for the Candlelight Processional is scarce and first-come, first-served, many guests choose to guarantee their seat by purchasing a Candlelight Processional Dining Package.

This coveted ticket provides guests with a lunch or dinner meal at select Epcot restaurants and guaranteed seating to the popular Candlelight Processional holiday spectacular held at 5:00, 6:45, and 8:15pm. Reserved fireworks viewing is not included.

Booking for the 2019 Candlelight Processional Dining Packages will be open on July 3, 2019. Interested guests may book online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

Candlelight Processional Package Dining Time

Different meal times correspond to different show times. When booking online, guests will see which show time is assigned to their Advanced Dining Reservation once they select a dining time. Guests booking by phone may verify corresponding show times with the Cast Member they book through.

Candlelight Processional Dining Package Details

The package typically includes your choice of an appetizer, entree, dessert, and non-alcoholic, non-specialty beverage from the chosen restaurant’s menu or 1 full buffet where applicable. (When using Disney Dining Plan, one alcoholic beverage per 21+ diner is included.)

Prices exclude tax and gratuity, and park admission is not included.

Standard Disney Dining Plan and Deluxe Disney Dining Plan – 2 table service credits per person for any meal/restaurant

2019 Out-of-Pocket Costs

If you do not choose to use the Disney Dining Plan to pay, the package costs vary in several locations based on lunch versus dinner (as well as breakfast, where applicable). Candlelight Processional Dining Packages start at $40 for breakfast, $52 for lunch, and $57 for dinner for adults.
