Hello, DFB friends! We just visited Disney Springs!
We tried some yummy marshmallows, looked at some new merchandise, and checked out the latest construction progress on projects at Disney Springs! So let’s get to the updates!
We’ve waited for this day and it has finally arrived! The Daily Poutine has officially reopened at Disney Springs!
Our love of all things poutine at Disney World compelled us to stop by and see if anything had changed at this walk-up window location, and if any new procedures were in place!
Season Greetings, y’all! Welcome to another roundup of What’s New in Disney Springs!
Lace-up your ice skates as we get ready to take you on a trip around Disney Springs where we’ll be talking turkey, along with a bunch of other food news, and a few pieces of must-have merch we’ve spotted in this Disney World winter wonderland!
We checked out all the new items in Disney Springs from the WonderFall special offerings to new merchandise and updates. We love the Fall theme and decor all over the area!
This time we started our tour in The Marketplace — and were rewarded with a Villainous discovery!
So…a poutine cloud apparently burst over Orlando and now you can get varieties of this relatively obscure French Canadian pub grub delicacy pretty much everywhere in Disney World. There’s even a dining spot completely dedicated to poutine.
The dish traditionally consists of French fries covered in cheese curds and brown gravy, and Canadians will cheerfully tell you that NONE of the dishes below qualify. Yet they’re called Poutine on the menu, and since we love french fries with stuff piled on top of them, we’re happy to tally them up for you!
Oh, and here’s some real Canadian poutine for reference.
So here’s the Disney World Poutine Crawl!
is the most recent addition to the poutine World and can be found at the Refreshment Port in Epcot.
Hello, Disney food friends! There’s so much happening all the time at Walt Disney World, and this is never more true than at the start of the winter holidays! It seems like there are new decorations and new seasonal eats being added… well, constantly!
So here’s what’s new at Disney Springs this week!
Some fun new decor has been added, including these nutty reindeer. We love the pasta hair bows.
Hey Guys! We’re back with another DFB Video today, and we’re getting down to the serious business of late night snacking at Walt Disney World!
Making the most of a Walt Disney World vacation often means burning the candle at both ends — and you’ve gotta fuel your late night push! Here are our picks for the best late night snacks and where to find them. [Read more…]
Now that summer has officially (or unofficially?) begun, we all have one thing on our minds.
Grillin’!
And one of the most essential fresh-from-the-grill dishes is a juicy BURGER. Slap a piece of cheese on it and you’re there.
But what happens when one of our favorite Disney Springs counter service spots creates their own take on a meaty burger? Well, that’s when a little something called Cheeseburger Poutine is born at The Daily Poutine!
You already know poutine A) if you’re lucky enough to be Canadian or B) because we can’t stop talking about it 🙂 . Large cut French fries, squeaky cheese curds, and brown gravy. That’s the purist’s version, and it’s a thing of beauty.
But plenty of jazzed up versions show up around Disney World in spots like Le Cellier Steakhouse in Epcot’s Canada Pavilion, and — ever since around this time last year — The Daily Poutine in Disney Springs. And now — for the time being, at least — you can add Cheeseburger Poutine to the list, joining Italian, French, and Latin Poutine (and, of course, the Classic).

There are so many amazing snacks to enjoy within the parks of Walt Disney World! We can all rattle them off — school bread in Epcot, killer mac and cheese in Animal Kingdom, cupcakes everywhere — and so on, and so on.
But what happens if you want to get some crazy good Disney treats — but you don’t have a park ticket? Maybe you’ve gotten to town late, and you don’t want to burn a park day. Or maybe you’re between renewal dates for your pass. Or maybe you’re just wondering about some great treats you haven’t tried yet.
We’re here to help! Because some of our all-time, must-have, super-crave-worthy treats can be found outside of the parks. How amazing is that? And if you love the great suggestions we’re sharing here, be sure to check out the 2019 DFB Guide to Walt Disney World Dining for even more great snacking tips!
Who doesn’t love Dole Whip? That’s right. Nobody. So we start with the Quintessential Disney Treat — and tell you where to get it outside of Magic Kingdom (and the other parks at which it’s lately started to appear).
Of course, one of your options is Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. [Read more…]
