Disney has come a long way in recent years to provide a wider variety of meal and snack options for guests of different dietary backgrounds and restrictions. For guests looking for more vegan and plant-based dining options, one place to consider checking is Sunshine Seasons at Epcot.
We tried their latest vegan cupcake, and we were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it!

The NYC import, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes, is quite literally SHAKING up the game with crazy and inventive (not to mention instaworthy) creations.
The restaurants at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort have undergone many wonderful changes in the past year. We know navigating these changes can be confusing — but don’t worry, beach happy, the DFB Team is here to review it all for you!
Our last visit to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort included drinks and appetizers at Banana Cabana, lunch at Sebastian’s Bistro, and dinner at Centertown Market.

The Disney parks have really focused on expanding their plant-based options so it has come with little surprise that we’ve seen new vegan options pop-up everywhere from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to the All-Star Resorts. Especially after Disney announced that they would be introducing new plant-based options around Walt Disney World. And today, we spotted a new vegan cookie dough option and we can’t wait to let you know what we think!
Plant-based options are launching all over the Disney parks, and now there’s a kids’ option on Batuu in Disney World!

Disney World is diving headfirst into the world of plant-based cuisine and that means a lot more options for vegetarian and vegan guests. Earlier this month we reported on the brand new plant-based logo and plant-based Mickey Waffles and now Star Wars: Galaxy Edge has joined in on the initiative!
Calling all vegans and vegetarians (and all other veggie lovers)! We hope you’re hungry because we’ve got a burger for you in Disney World — and, boy, does it look good!
We have had some great vegan burgers in Disney, like that super flavorful Electric Garden Burger we tried at The Edison last year. Now D-Luxe Burger in Disney Springs has created a plant-based burger with an interesting twist!

Yee-haw!! Howdy from Disney’s Wilderness Lodge! We decided to mosey on over to Whispering Canyon Cafe, because they changed their dinner menu earlier this week.
Whispering Canyon Cafe has long been a favorite spot for comfort food, all-you-can-eat skillets, and rowdy antics from the servers, and we were excited to see what new eats they had to offer!
The following is a guest post by my good friend Daniel Wanderman of WanderDisney.com. WanderDisney is a website (and instagram account!) dedicated to building a database of Disney related locations across the world, categorizing them and putting them on a map to make it easy for you to visit the next time you’re traveling the world or looking to expand your Disney knowledge. Daniel has been a friend since the early days of DFB and I’d be grateful if you’d take a peek at his amazing site!
