Big changes lie ahead for Disney World guests.

We’ve been hard at work scoping out all the latest news for you this week. Today we have all the details on the latest in the Disney World theme parks and MORE!
See all of our coverage on Disney park closures and reopenings HERE. We still have a LOT to share with you this week, so let’s jump right in… .
We noticed something very interesting while driving around Disney World today!
In the initial phase of reopening, Disney World made some changes to the transportation available around property. And while many forms of transportation have resumed, the Minnie Van service is still unavailable.
While limited Disney Transportation has already started to run at the Disney Resorts and Disney Springs, Disney World will be re-opening its parks next week with more transportation options.
Although we’ve had a few hints of which transportation options would be opening and when, Disney has officially confirmed the dates of when most of the methods of Disney World transportation will be welcoming us back again!
When Disney World theme parks reopen on July 11th, there are going to changes in MANY ways.
Fireworks, parades, and character meet-and-greets will be suspended when the parks reopen, and some modes of Disney transportation won’t be in use. For instance, Minnie Vans will be unavailable until further notice as Disney World.
Disney World will be re-opening in July for guests of all ages to return back to the “Most Magical Place on Earth.”
While the parks have been keeping us up to date on their re-opening plans regarding the hotels, FastPasses, Advance Dining Reservations, and more, Disney World has also started to make some changes to how the transportation will operate before and after the parks re-open.
We have a major question about the reopening of Disney World — and some ideas about how it might play out!
While the Disney World parks remain closed, the resort has taken its first step towards resuming operations with the phased reopening of Disney Springs on May 20th.
We can look at the reopening of Disney Springs, as well as Shanghai Disneyland, for an idea of what to expect when the Disney World parks welcome back guests. But we have one HUGE question for which Disney hasn’t yet set a precedent.
If you ask us, trips to Disney World are pretty great — but what if we could make them even better?
You’ve probably heard us talk about how to upgrade your Disney trip (like with a fireworks dessert party!). BUT, many of these upgrades can be costly! A Disney trip is super expensive on its own, but you still might be able to fit a few surprisingly inexpensive upgrades into your budget.
We’ve got a super fun list of 52 Disney World upgrades for under $50 that could add a LOT of EXTRA to your next Disney trip for…not a lot extra. 😉
Although seeing Cinderella Castle and grabbing a Mickey Bar can really make you feel like you’re at “home,” there’s something pretty magical about beginning and ending your day on some Disney Transportation.
And, while Disney Transportation is currently suspended during the parks closures, your favorite pick of transportation may say a lot about your personality! Whether you’re more of a Monorail type of gal or a Disney bus loving dude, we’re here to tell you what your choice of Disney Transportation just might say about YOU!
We love it when we get a chance to cruise around Disney Property in the fun polka-dotted vans that make up Disney’s Minnie Vans Service.
We’ve seen expansions and updates to this service, and now we have more news for you!
