Eating healthy doesn’t have to be scary! Today we’re sharing some “monstrous” recipes from Dole Food Company that are inspired by Pixar’s Monsters, Inc. and Monsters University.

In an effort to encourage kids to eat a wider variety of produce, Dole has shared several fun “Monsters in the Kitchen” recipes inspired by our friends from Monstropolis. And today, we’re sharing those recipes with you — this is going to be scary fun!
Monsters, Inc. has been getting plenty of well-deserved love recently.

We have been seeing more and more Monsters related merchandise, like the Monsters University Spirit Jersey, the Wishables collection, a MagicBand, and even as a costume in the Disney Pixar Alien REMIX line. We have loved seeing all of the fun, creative merchandise around Disney and Disney Springs. But this newest piece might be the best one yet — it’s sure to leave you SCREAMING!

What are they exactly? Well, they’re the aliens from Toy Story dressed in various costumes inspired by Disney characters. Yes, we were confused at first too. That is until we saw an alien dressed as Merida, complete with luscious red locks. Now, we’re totally hooked on ALL the Alien Remix plushes and accessories. Lucky for us, there’s more where that came from!
Disney Springs has become back-to-school central for all your Monsters University needs!

Not only did we spot a huge display of Monsters University-themed merch a few weeks ago at World of Disney, but now we just discovered a new MagicBand style featuring a young and scholarly Mike Wazowski!
Even though Disney Springs started it phased reopening on May 20th, a boatload of businesses have opened up since our last visit!

But we definitely do have a soft spot for Monsters University! Can you blame us? College-age Mike and Sulley are so lovable. Well, good news! HARVEYS just released a sneak peek of the all-new Monsters University collection, so it’s time to get scary!
