If you’ve been wondering if the Abominable Snowman’s snow cones from Monsters, Inc., are really lemon (or not!), wait no longer! Because the now Adorable Snowman has opened his counter service windows on Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure Park! (HUGE thanks to @StephRPowers for these awesome photos!)

This super fun, boardwalk-themed area is full of lights, music, laughter, and mega-good eats. We’re talking Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta, Bayside Brews, and the famous Corn Dog Castle, for starters! Ariel’s Grotto offers Character Dining, and you’ll also find Paradise Garden Grill, where you can nosh on Mediterranean-inspired skewers, PLUS my very favorite spot: Cove Bar (where you can check out the Secret Menu!).

Ever since the real Citrus Swirl came home to roost a few years ago, we can’t get enough. We were never fans of that Orange Sherbet concoction that masqueraded as Citrus Swirl for a while.
